At The Challenge Printing Company we can produce cartons with added Braille features to provide accessibility and added security. Embossed Effect (Braille Dot) is a deliberately designed tactile pattern, formed on the surface of the component; predetermined for instant verification purposes.

Our digital printing equipment allows us to efficiently produce low-to-medium carton runs from just a few dozen to a few thousand, delivering them to you on a Just in Time basis.  In addition, our full range of conventional offset equipment allows us to be competitive for mid-to-high order quantity ranges.

The use of digital technology allows us to include dynamic information on each printed carton, providing the means to serialization and a purely digital solution to FDA’s track and trace initiative.

From security papers and micro printing to color shifting inks and RFID tag integration, our security feature portfolio is the most complete in pharmaceutical packaging. Naturally, it should come as no surprise that The Challenge Printing Company  is a charter member of the North American Security Products Organization (NASPO). As such, we are charged with the responsibility of creating widely accepted security standards for our industry.

Infrared (IR) Taggants form part of our line of covert security features that protect products against counterfeiting. The IR up convertor pigment blend is invisible to the naked eye; but when exposed to the invisible IR light, it becomes visible, providing a covert layer of authentication to the packaging component.

The Arziro security feature appears visually as a unique design. The design uses a customized line raster security fingerprint offering anti-counterfeiting protection. Our team of experts will work closely with our clients to ensure the most appropriate application of brand protection and authentication features.
